After working in commercial property management for 14 years we decided to establish our own agency, allowing us to focus on commercial property management and not the next property sale. We are qualified and licenced
It is a legal requirement that the agency and the property managers that manage your properties have and hold the appropriate qualifications and licences. We have the appropriate certificates and diplomas in property services, and hold the relevant licenses as per the Land Agents Act 1994.
